United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email from our shipping partners DPD. On the morning of delivery, you will also receive an email detailing a one hour window during which your driver will arrive.

All shipments to Non EU countries are Delivery Duty Unpaid.

International Delivery Customs Fee Information

For orders outside of the EU, customs and import duties are charged once the parcel arrives in the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

The customer will accept full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a package.
